RETURN POLICY

  1. General Information

Returns are accepted for any reason for all merchandise purchased on the official website, sensualteams.com, within the periods of time specified below, along with the full refund in the amount of the purchase price of the merchandise, if they are met the conditions. We do not provide exchanges of any merchandise.

If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return eligible products within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery without giving a reason, provided that the products: (1) are not used in any way, (2) are in their original packaging, (3) in resale conditions, no damage, and (4) complete. Do not remove any labels when you try our products. We do not accept returned items unless they are in the same condition as they were. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned after the thirty (30) day period or that are not in the same condition in which you received them. We will refund you according to the refund policy below.

  1. Right of cancellation / Legal withdrawal

We comply with the European Distance Selling Directive, which gives consumers in Europe a right of withdrawal for online purchases. They can be withdrawn from the purchase within fourteen (14) days after delivery of the item without giving any reason. You can return your order partially or totally. Successful delivery of an order in several partial deliveries, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within fourteen (14) days after the arrival of the last partial delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the return must have a postal stamp and be sent within fourteen (14) days after the return notification.

Once we have received the returned item (s) or have received evidence that you have returned the item, we will refund the purchase price of the item (s) as well as the initial shipping charge, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery that is not the least expensive standard delivery type we offer. In the event that the credit or debit card used for your purchase is no longer valid at the time of the refund or your refund cannot be applied to the payment method used for your purchase, refunds will be provided by bank transfer to the information of bank transfer that you provide for us. In addition to the amount of the refund, as required by the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, we will also pay the applicable bank transfer fees that your bank may charge you to receive refunds by bank transfer. As a result, we cannot issue a refund by bank transfer until you provide us with the appropriate bank transfer information, as well as the official documentation of your respective bank detailing such bank transfer fees. We are not responsible for the reimbursement of bank commissions incurred by your down payment.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned shipment. It is strongly recommended that you use a return shipping method that provides a tracking number. We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned item or provided evidence of returning the item, whichever comes first.

  1. Refund Policy

Products must be verified by us before the refund can be issued. All refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method, except as provided below. Reimbursement times depend on the payment method used when ordering. We will refund the purchase price as soon as reasonably possible within the legal deadline. However, keep in mind that the speed of the funds that appear in your accounts depends solely on the issuer of your card and may vary. The refund will include the cost of the returned products. In the case of defective products and defective deliveries, or if you have chosen to exercise your right of cancellation, the refund will also include your original delivery rate. If your order was purchased with a credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit or debit card account used for that particular purchase. In the event that the credit or debit card used for your purchase is no longer valid at the time of the refund or your refund cannot be applied to the payment method used for your purchase, refunds will be provided by bank transfer to the information of bank transfer that you provide for us.

Purchases that are not made directly at sensualteams.com/store are not eligible for a refund. Third-party returns must be addressed in accordance with their return policies and will not be processed through sensualteams.com. If the order was not purchased with a credit card, a refund will be issued to the account used for that particular purchase. If the order was purchased with a Sensual Teams gift card, a refund will be issued in the form of a replacement gift card. If your order was purchased with a combination of a credit card and Sensual Teams gift card, a refund will be issued to the credit card up to the amount paid by credit card and any additional amount will be refunded in the form of a gift card replacement. For any of the following reasons, refunds will be processed by a physical check sent to your registered address: the credit card number is no longer valid, the credit card number changed from the time of the original purchase, or if the transaction is more than six (6) months old.

 

  1. Return of defective or non-conforming items

You can return products purchased at sensualteams.com if they are defective, defective or not in accordance with your order. We must be notified within thirty (30) days after receipt of any discrepancy with your order. When returning an item, indicate the reason for its return and a description of the defect. Justified defective or defective items will be fully refunded, including shipping costs. If you believe that the products received are defective, defective or non-compliant with your order, please contact customer service to arrange a return under this paragraph.

Eligible Returns

  • To receive a full refund of the purchase price, returned items must be postmarked within thirty (30) days after receipt and must comply with the conditions listed.
  • Due to the intimate nature of the earrings and underwear, these items are not eligible for return. Accessories are only eligible for return under their legal right of cancellation / withdrawal. Otherwise, accessories are not eligible for return.
  • For all other purchases, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. For a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unused, unwashed and without traces of hair, deodorant, makeup or distinctive odors. Items that have been washed or altered in some way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
  • Items returned due to possible defects are subject to verification. If the returned item (s) does not meet any of the criteria mentioned above or it is determined that it is not defective, you are not eligible for a refund.

We recommend that you send your statement using a secure or traceable method, such as Engraved / Special Delivery, and that you keep your proof of shipment. We cannot refund orders if we do not have proof of receipt of the package.

 

 

  1. Returns denied

If it is considered that the returned item does not meet the criteria mentioned above, the customer will be contacted by email within thirty (30) days after receipt of the return. At that time, the customer will have the option to pay the standard rate for the shipping cost to return the item (s) or lose the item (s). Instructions will be provided in the email on how to pay the shipping cost. After thirty (30) days without replying to our initial email, the return will be considered automatically lost. If the customer chooses to pay the return shipping cost, the packages will be sent to the original shipping address in the order unless otherwise indicated. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the returned package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package can be left at the destination address at the discretion of the shipping carrier.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders received from T-shirts will be shipped within the next fifteen (15) business days. For example, an order placed on day 1, Monday, will be sent towards the end of Monday 22.
  • All orders received for suits will be sent within the next two (2) calendar months. For example, an order placed on January 1 will be sent by March 1. Subject to 10-day delay in case of holidays.
  • On rare occasions, due to unforeseen events or circumstances (for example, extreme weather conditions, delays in the transport company, etc.), shipping times may be delayed.
  • Shipments by land are delivered from Monday to Friday (except holidays).
  • Shipment by land to a physical address may take between two (2) and seven (7) business days, depending on the location.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within twenty-four (24) hours.
  • On occasion, Sensual Teams may offer an advance order option for a specific product. In the case of a special order, the items ordered in advance will be charged at the time of departure. Once the announced advance order shipping period begins, you will receive your order within seven (7) business days (for land shipments). Shipping dates cannot be guaranteed for advance orders. In the case of unforeseen delays beyond our control, the estimated shipping date is subject to change without notice.
  • Cancellation of an advance order: If you wish to cancel your advance order, please contact our Customer Service Department through our Support Page and we will gladly provide a refund if your item has not yet been shipped. If your item has been shipped, please see our Return Policy.
  • If the package is returned to us for ANY reason, you are still responsible for sending and sending the original VAT rates that Sensual Teams has charged you. If your package is rejected or returned without being claimed, we will refund your order amount, excluding shipping and handling.
  • Sensual Teams does not accept product exchanges. For more information about our return policy, visit Return Policy.
  • Signature recognition is not required at the time of delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to be available to receive the package. In the event that a customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the transport company.

Review these terms and conditions of sale before completing a purchase of a product from a sensual teams website. These are the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase of any and all products on the websites, including, but not limited to clothing and accessories, dance equipment and gift cards (collectively, the “merchandise”). You hereby accept these terms and conditions of sale by completing a purchase of merchandise, which as part of said process will include the selection of a payment method and the entry of the information of your payment method. In relation to the above, you authorize sensual teams to upload the selected payment method and your associated payment account that you have specified for the purchase of merchandise.

 

 

– LEGAL AGE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

By completing a purchase of Merchandise through the Websites, you declare that you are at least of legal age in the state or country in which you reside or are legally authorized, with the necessary consent of a parent or guardian, to accept these Terms and conditions of sale and fulfill any obligation related to such purchase. Sensual reserves the right to verify the above. At the time of delivery, any shipment containing Merchandise may also require the signature of an adult who has a valid photo ID issued by a government agency.

You guarantee that all the information you provide in relation to the order, including your name, physical address and email address, is accurate and complete.

– ORDER OF GOODS

The following applies to all types of Merchandise. You agree that your purchase order for Merchandise on the Website is an offer to purchase the Merchandise that appears in your order. Although we want everyone to enjoy our Merchandise, we may, at our sole discretion, not accept an order or limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We have the right to verify an order in advance at all times and / or to refuse to accept an order without giving justifications and without any responsibility towards you or third parties.   1. Orders that, in our sole discretion, we suspect are fraudulent. We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any order that we suspect has been made as a result of fraudulent activity. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel or not accept subsequent orders from customers with a history of fraudulent orders.
  2. Orders related to previous credit card disputes.
  3. If the Merchandise is displayed on the Website but is no longer available or if the Merchandise displayed on the Website contains an error (such as an incorrect price or description).

We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order that we know or reasonably suspect has been made with the help or participation of any software, robot, tracker, spider or other automated means or device.

In the event that we do not accept all or part of your order, we will have the right to cancel all or part of your order without incurring any responsibility towards you or any third party. After cancellation, we will refund the amount paid corresponding to the canceled portion of the order.

If your order has been processed and shipped, you can return the Merchandise you ordered according to the terms of our applicable return policy for the European Union.

Small differences in color and other variations in merchandise are possible as a result of different image acquisition and display technologies, or other technical reasons. Sensual Teams will not be responsible for these variations and deviations. No right of typographical errors, product descriptions or manifest errors on the Website may be derived.

 

PAYMENTS

Sensual Teams offers several payment methods for you to buy merchandise including, but not limited to, credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Some payment methods are only available in certain countries.

 

PAYMENTS WITH CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS

Credit and debit cards facilitate the purchase of merchandise. However, there are times when people can use the credit or debit card payment information of others without their authorization. As a result, Sensual Teams reserves the right to request additional evidence or proof of billing information or other information associated with the credit or debit card account used to purchase merchandise on any of the Websites. In case the requested evidence is not presented or insufficient, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by Sensual.

  • If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue with the standard payment process and then automatically go to PayPal.com to complete your payment.
  • Once you have been redirected to paypal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is canceled.

 

 

TAXES, SHIPPING / HANDLING AND BILLING COSTS

The prices established on the Websites do not include applicable taxes (eg VAT) or shipping and handling charges. All orders are subject to applicable taxes (eg VAT) on the purchase or delivery of the Merchandise and the corresponding shipping and handling charges.

In the event that we choose, or are bound by applicable law, to issue or make available an invoice, we reserve the right to issue or make available electronic invoices and accept such billing form. Consequently, you expressly agree that upon completing a purchase of Merchandise on the Website, you will be sent a VAT invoice in the form of a shipping confirmation email (to the email address you provided in your order). DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS.

Any coupon or promotional code for a discount on the price of any Merchandise must be used at the time you pay for your Merchandise. Coupons and promotional codes are subject to their terms and conditions and are NOT applicable to payments made for merchandise already purchased. Any discount or applicable promotional price will be indicated at the time of purchase on the payment page of your order.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sensual teams and their affiliates do not accept or assume responsibility for the use of any merchandise purchased on the websites. In addition, in no case sensual teams or their officers, directors, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees or agents will be liable to any party for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages related to the sale of goods, even if warns them of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim from a third party.
